In the beginning, I went almost every week and it really helped too, because I had almost no migraine headaches. Now I go once every 3 weeks and that is also going really well because I’ve only had one slight migraine, and after I had visited Louis the headache disappeared immediately.

I’ve also been to a sauna centre for a massage on a regular basis, but there is really no comparison. With Louis, you really have the idea that the muscles are being relaxed, that everything’s in the right place again and is supple. However, that doesn’t mean to say that the massages themselves are always relaxing, but they are certainly effective.

The lifestyle which I’ve developed over 35 years will not suddenly change after one or two treatments. However, slowly but surely I notice that I’m changing. The last time it no longer hurt. Louis’ patience of a saint with my stubborn, rebellious body is therefore having results. Wonders never cease!
