Frequently asked questions

I’m ill - can I cancel my appointment?

You can cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled time, I will need to charge for the reserved slot. At such short notice, it’s no longer possible for me to schedule another appointment in the freed-up time.

Regrettably, I must invoice you for the reserved time, as it could not be reallocated.

No, you do not need a referral and can book an appointment directly. However, I do recommend informing your GP or treating specialist about the shiatsu treatments.
