As a member, I comply with the requirements of the Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (Wkkgz) and am registered with RBCZ.

Shiatsu Rotterdam is registered with RBCZ: the Register of Complementary Healthcare Professionals. This independent quality register certifies therapists working in complementary healthcare and ensures professional and careful practice in accordance with current laws and regulations, including the Wkkgz.

Compaints procedure

Although I strive to provide a safe, respectful, and effective treatment, it may happen that you, as a client, are not fully satisfied. In such cases, I invite you to discuss the issue with me personally first. Together, we’ll look for a suitable solution.

If we are unable to resolve the matter together, you can file a complaint through the independent complaints officer of the NVST. This service is provided by Quasir, an expert center for complaints in healthcare and welfare:
