Appointments

Shiatsu Rotterdam only works with treatments by appointment. You can make your appointments online. If you have any questions, you can send an email or a message via WhatsApp.

Late for an appointment
If you arrive late for an appointment, you run the risk that the treatment cannot be completely accomplished according to the plan.

Cancelling/changing an appointment
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance via My Account. If this is no longer possible via My Account, you can also send a WhatsApp message or an email. Please note: the time of receipt determines the 48‑hour policy — even in case of illness.

Emergencies
In case you want to be treated urgently, please contact Shiatsu Rotterdam by telephone. If I have space in my diary, I will try to make an appointment as quickly as possible. In case of emergencies, an emergency rate might be charged (for instance during the weekends).

Payment and invoice
After your treatment, you will receive an invoice, which you have to pay immediately in cash or using PIN. You can then claim back the invoice amount from your health insurer yourself. More about reinbursements.

Copy of invoice
An invoice will be provided only once, directly after the treatment. I advise you to make a copy before submitting it to your health insurer.
