Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 48 hours in advance. Bookings are available up to 2 months ahead

Urgent treatments can only be booked via WhatsApp or by phone. 

Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment is possible (day and night) up to 48 hours before the treatment. You can do this via My Account (here you will find an overview of your appointments).
