As a member, I comply with the requirements of the <strong>Healthcare Quality, Complaints and Disputes Act (<strong>Wkkgz<\/strong>)<\/strong> and am registered with <strong>RBCZ.<br \/><br \/><\/strong><strong>Registered with RBCZ<br \/><\/strong>Shiatsu Rotterdam is registered with <strong>RBCZ<\/strong>: the Register of Complementary Healthcare Professionals. This independent quality register certifies therapists working in complementary healthcare and ensures professional and careful practice in accordance with current laws and regulations, including the Wkkgz.<\/p><p><strong>Compaints procedure<\/strong><\/p><p>Although I strive to provide a safe, respectful, and effective treatment, it may happen that you, as a client, are not fully satisfied. In such cases, I invite you to discuss the issue with me personally first. Together, we\u2019ll look for a suitable solution.<\/p><p>If we are unable to resolve the matter together, you can file a complaint through the independent complaints officer of the NVST.
